Every year I battle with photography. If I was a better person, I would photograph filled Christmas stockings in June - when the sun is high and light abundant. But, Christmas in June is really tough to stomach and so I wait until the days are short and the sun is low. Also, there is the small matter of a filled Christmas stocking looking somewhat phallic...
So, I do apologise for the fact that my photography is somewhat lacking - it is a mix of timing, lack of extra cash and a muse who looks much better in 3D.
